The customer hereby declares to accept the following terms and conditions. The “Terms and Conditions” document must be printed and signed. It is possible to send it by email or present it at the facility upon arrival.

Booking
The client can make a reservation request on the selected flat in the following ways:

To book a room an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required. You must book at least 24 hours in advance and for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Chek-in and check-out
- check-in is automatic even at night
- check in is from 2pm to 8pm
- check out is expected by 10am
Payment
- 30% of the total amount is required at the time of the reservation.
- remaining payment at check-in
These amounts can be paid through:
- cash
- Credits card by Pay-pal
- bank transfer: IBAN IT09A0200817105000105615451 UniCredit payable to ARETE’ S.R.L. SEMPLIFICATA
Room fare does not include the tourist tax (2 € per night per person) that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the facility. Guests under 12 years of age are not subject to payment of tourist tax.
Cancellation policy
The reservation can be canceled up to one week before. After this time the advance is non-refundable.
Customer obligations
The guest is obliged to comply with the following general rules when booking, checking in, staying and checking out. The guest is obliged to
- respect the agreed check-in and check-out times and promptly notify the client in case of delays;
- return the flat in the same state in which it was handed over;
- to have the flat occupied only by the persons indicated on the booking form. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance.
- to use the property with care and to refrain from any action that may cause damage to the property, to the movable property contained therein, to the appurtenances of the same. In any case, the same undertakes to pay compensation for all damage that it will have caused;
- not reproduce or hand over the keys to the property to third parties;
- no disturbances or late-night parties are permitted in the elegant surroundings of the building;
- do not let animals into the flat;
- do not smoke inside the flat;
- do not use the condominium parking. Please note that there is a free and unattended parking located outside the structure.
General information
- there is no lift. The structure is on the first floor of the building (about 10 steps);
- the free and unguarded parking is located outside the structure. It is not possible to use the condominium parking;
- drinks in the room are not included in the cost of the stay and there is no minibar service;
- it is not foreseen the use of the kitchen;
- there is no laundry service;
- linen and sheets are changed free of charge every other day. For each additional change a supplement of 5 € is required;
- luggage storage is free;;
- Wi-Fi connection is free also in common areas;
- it is possible to have breakfast in the room;
- the buffet breakfast is always assisted;
- no charge for the use of the cot;
- it is possible to introduce take-away foods and consume them in the structure;
- the maximum capacity of the structure is 10 people;
- pets are not allowed.
